There was a very good special with a young British Isles host, with a voice that had light tones and dared you to go to sleep. The specials called Earth’s Biography: Atmosphere and Oceans was very good and two hours long and had overt messages regarding global warming impacts on atmosphere and oceans. This series was must see information and the science was good and basic for the average viewer.
There was a third hour on glaciation and global warming. It was very good and it had some basic science and it was a different series and it was for global warming wonks like me who cannot seem to get enough news on it (global warming) while many watched reality shows on the 3 networks or cable openings like, the Closer, which is very compelling, the National Geographic channel had these gems on as they will tonight at 9 pm. Do not miss this real reality telvision.
