Montana’s Bird Migration Seems To Have Slowed Down

Nothing was happening today and for whatever reason the migration (weather and wind, or lack of wind) has slowed down. Nothing to report. Willow Creek and Cottonwood Lake are even slow for this time of year and that is really writing something. Black Terns were reported from Cottonwood and Black-bellied Plover was reported from Willow Creek a resevoir near to Bozeman…good for shorebirds and waterfowl early in the migration, like now.
